I've spent 25+ years helping people find their way.

I grew up as the daughter of a Marine Corps fighter pilot, moving across the U.S. and living and studying in Italy as a teenager. That upbringing gave me a global perspective, an appreciation for diverse cultures, and a deep understanding that people are shaped by their journeys, not just their job titles.

Before launching Thomas Career Consulting, I served as Director of Admissions, Director of Placement, a Community College Career Counselor, and a Legal Recruiter. I also worked with a leading global outplacement corporation. Every role deepened my understanding of what employers want, what candidates need, and how to bridge that gap.

For 20 years I taught at Immaculata University as an adjunct professor: courses in Adult Development, Organizational Behavior, Psychometrics, and Performance Assessment. I know the theory. I know the practice. And I know how to translate both into real-world results for my clients.

I'm conversant in Italian, a global traveler, and passionate about operating with both the national and international job market in mind. My clients aren't just from Philadelphia. They're across the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Asia.
